Top ten things my wife would love to have completed in 2008

(Several of these are left over from 2007)

 

  1. Replace all the windows.  (One down, six to go on the 1st floor.  Eight on the 2nd.)
  2. Kitchen 100% done.
  3. Pay someone to replace the roof. 
  4. Finish removing the asbestos siding.
  5. Strip, prep, and paint the exterior.
  6. Living and dining room built-ins.
  7. Laundry chute.
  8. New wiring upstairs.
  9. Attic insulation and cleanup.
  10. Anything that can be called ‘progress on landscaping’
